CHRISTMAS WALK

Embrace the holiday spirit with a scenic festive walk at Sutton Heath in Suffolk, an area steeped in history and natural beauty. Situated next to the iconic Sutton Hoo, the legendary Saxon burial site, and bordering the stunning Rendlesham Forest, Sutton Heath offers the perfect landscape for dogs to explore and roam freely. This fantastic location boasts lots of different loops making it suitable for dogs of all ages and energy levels.

Details of the Event:

• Meeting Time: 10:30 AM

• Walk Start Time: 11:00 AM

• Meeting Point: Sutton Heath picnic area car park

• Walk Duration: Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours (return to car between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM, depending on pace)

After the walk, you can warm up with a hearty lunch by the fire at the charming King’s Head in Woodbridge, just a short 5-10 minute drive away.

Woodbridge itself is a delightful market town known for its boutique shops and welcoming atmosphere. While you’re here, take the opportunity to explore and finish some Christmas shopping at the dog-friendly stores.

• Time: 1:00 PM

• Parking: The King’s Head has a small car park at the rear. If it is full, additional parking is available in nearby car parks or roadside bays.
